Script Surgeries are back!
In line with COVID-19 restrictions, one-to-one meetings are going digital for now.
Script Surgeries are a chance to get bespoke dramaturgical advice on an extract of your work in progress. Playwrights and theatre-makers who are currently developing a new script are invited to book a 30 minute, one-to-one meeting with freelance dramaturg and Paperwork’s Co-Artistic Director, Hayley Greggs in association with E&P New Works Associate, Francesca Peschier.
This month’s Script Surgery will take place using Zoom on Wednesday 25th November from 3-5pm.
Playwrights and theatre-makers are able to request a 30 minute dramaturgy meeting by completing the Google form here.
We'll ask you to upload a 10-15 page extract of your script in development (as Microsoft word or PDF) and say a few words about what you’d like to discuss in your one-to-one meeting - you might have questions about characterisation or the structure of the extract you have submitted; what will help you move this draft forward?
Names will be drawn at random and meetings will be allocated on 20th November, we will notify you of the meeting arrangements via email.
