On stage, we aim to dazzle and inspire. Off stage, we’ve bottled that Everyman spirit with  juniper, coriander, liquorice and bergamot botanicals!

Everyman Gin is made by local distiller Peter Golightly [The Hand Made Gin Company]. It works a treat with a slice of grapefruit in a tonic, or over ice as a zesty sipping gin.

As well as being served in the Street Café and Bistro, Everyman Gin is available to buy in RH Fine Wines [Queen Avenue] and will hopefully start popping up in other bars across the city.
