Discover the magic at the heart of our theatres by attending one of our tours; from building tours to dedicated architecture tours, you'll see behind-the-scened and find out more about what goes into making theatre in our two venues.

Careers Tours and Talks (90 minutes)
Visit the Everyman or Playhouse and discover the jobs and roles within the walls; from first thing in the morning to last thing at night. We will explore the skills and pathways into the creative industry. You will meet members of the team and get an opportunity to ask them about working in the creative industry.

Building Tours (1 hour)
Visit the Everyman or Playhouse and have exclusive access to the secrets behind-the-scenes. Learn about the history and working life of a theatre.

Touch Tours
For people with visual impairments, we are often able to offer a pre-show visit to the stage  with members of our staff to explain the  concept of the setting and, where possible, to provide some props for a tactile exploration of elements of the performance.

Everyman Tours for Architecture Students or Groups (90 minutes)
You will explore the design and unique structure of the Everyman and have an insight into the design decisions involved in the 2014 build. 

Everyman or Playhouse Live Theatre Review Tour
Visit one of our theatres before or after your show visit to get a  behind-the-scenes tour and closer look at the set to see how the world of the play is created on stage.

Please note that we are a working theatre and each tour is a unique experience which will vary according to what is available on the day. Plans may be altered at short notice so we cannot guarantee in advance which areas you will visit. 

Cost: £5 per person
