After the success of last year’s production of The Wind in the Willows, YEP will again be performing on the rolling green lawns of Croxteth Hall & Country Park. This time it’s a modern twist on Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland.
Somewhere in a festival field, not so far away from Glastonbury, young Alice falls through a rabbit hole. Separated from her friends and cast adrift amongst hedonistic anarchists, she meets the Mad Hatter, a White Rabbit, the Queen of Hearts and a host of other wild characters.
Expect a journey into madness where you may stumble on secret gigs and hidden stages, headline DJs and a cast of 50 young revellers.
