Digital Content FAQs

What is an on-demand performance?

Unlike streamed performances, which are very much like a live performance, on-demand performances have the capability to be started, paused and stopped at any time within the advertised availability window.

Can I watch my video outside of the availability window advertised?

Due to contractual agreements, each performance has an agreed length of time that it is available to be watched online. You can see how long your video will be available to watch on the show page.

How do I access the performance?

You should find the link to view the performance in your confirmation email, or access it here. If you aren’t already logged in, you’ll be asked to log in to your account, make sure you log in to the account that you used to book the performance. Digital performances you’ve bought will be listed under the ‘Digital Content’ tab.

What if the link doesn’t work?

Double check to make sure you are logged in to the correct account you used to book the performance. If you’re having any issues, please email our Box Office team, [email protected], who will be available to help between 6.30pm and 7.30pm on the night of the performances.

Do I have to have a certain type of device?

You can access our Digital performances from any device that has a web browser, for example, a computer, tablet, phone or smart TV. Whatever device you’re using, make sure your browser is up to date.

Can I watch it more than once?

You can watch it as many times as you like during the availability window.

Can I pause, rewind or stop the performance?

You can, but it is only available to watch during the availability window.

Can I share the link when it’s live?

No, the link is live in your Everyman & Playhouse account only, so if someone wants to watch from another device, they should also buy a ticket using their account.
