Using account credit to purchase tickets

If you have credit to spend at the Everyman & Playhouse, your balance is now available to use when booking on our website.

To use your credit you will need to log in using your previous online account details. Once you have successfully logged in go ahead and select the product you wish to purchase. When you come to review your order on the checkout page scroll to the bottom to see your available balance and click ‘apply balance’ If you have any questions about your credit, please email us on [email protected].  

Things to note:

  • If your purchase comes to less than your available credit, the remaining balance will stay in your account for you to apply next time.
  • If you do not wish to apply all your available credit to your transaction at this time, please email us on [email protected].  
  • Currently credit is only available to use towards all events ticketed through us and may exclude events in collaboration with another company. 
  • Once you log into your account there isn’t a specific area where you can view your ‘on account balance’. This can only be viewed once you reach the checkout page or you can email [email protected] to see how much credit you have available.
  • You must already have a login for the website to access your credit. If you wish to check this please email [email protected] where a member of the team can make sure your account is set up and linked to your available credit.
