What is YEP Membership?

YEP Membership is a scheme run by the Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse theatres. It gives 14 – 25 year olds & all students access to cheaper theatre tickets. As a YEP Member you also get 10% off food and drink at the theatres.

 

Isn’t it a programme of work?

No – well, sort of! You’re thinking about our Young Everyman Playhouse programme (which we often refer to as YEP), so yes, but also no. Hope that clears things up?

 

Does it cost to join the membership?

NO! It’s completely free to sign up for your YEP Membership!

 

What are the benefits?

Having a YEP Membership gets you access to cheaper tickets at both the Everyman & Playhouse theatres. You also get 10% off food and drink and the theatres.

 

I can’t find YEP tickets online?

Sometimes YEP tickets aren’t available in every price zone or sometimes not available for a certian show, so when looking at the seating map online, if you’re struggling to find a YEP seat check the different price zones. These are often indicated with a different colour.

Another way to look is by clicking ‘Best Available Seating’. This gives you an easier way to move between seating bands, once you’ve selected a band where YEP tickets are available, they’ll become available to select.

I can’t seem to be able to buy YEP tickets?

If you didn’t get a confirmation email within 24 hours then there has probably been an error with your membership – this should resolve itself and you should get a confirmation email once it’s been resolved. If the problem is persistent please email our Box Office team ([email protected]) who will be able to help you out!

 

Why is YEP Membership only for 14-25’s & students?

The YEP Membership is primarily an incentive to encourage young people to consider theatre as an option of entertainment, to help us and other arts organisations grow audiences for the future. 

 

Why can’t I get cheaper tickets to all shows?

Sometimes it’s out of our control where we can apply cheaper tickets to shows, but we'll always try our best.
