Our Community Outreach Manager, Laura Hall, worked closely with Told By An Idiot - the company behind I Am Thomas - a brutal comedy with songs - to hold an intensive three day creative residency in the Playhouse Studio.

Eight young people, who called themselves Czech Squad, worked with the company to create their own performance which culminated in a sharing for family and friends.

Laura will continue to work with the group, helping them achieve a Bronze Level Arts Award. Laura also introduced the group to our Young Everyman Playhouse (YEP) programme with a trip to see The Environmentalists at the Everyman where they performed at a Post Show Jam session after the show in the Street Cafe.
