Data Protection
Liverpool and Merseyside Theatres Trust is a registered user
under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984/1998.
We keep records of names, addresses, telephone numbers and
tickets sales information on our computers with the aim of improving
the service we give to our customers. We would like to be able to keep
you informed about events and other developments at the Liverpool Everyman
and Playhouse theatres. However we will only contact you (by post,
telephone, SMS text or email) if we have received your ‘informed
consent’ that you are happy for us to do so either by informing
us directly (by post or email) or in answer to a clearly stated request
made during the ticket booking process. Similarly, only if you have
specifically given us your consent will we share your details with
other arts organizations in which we think you might be interested.
You have the right to view the information held about
yourself at any time.
Conditions of Sale
- Once paid for, tickets are not refundable except
in the event of a cancelled performance.
- We may be able to exchange tickets for another performance
of the same show provided the tickets are returned to us at the latest,
the day before the performance for which they are issued. Where we are
able to exchange tickets an administration charge of 50p per ticket
will apply.
- Tickets returned on the day of a performance will
not be exchanged.
- We provide a re-sales service only in the event of
a sold out performance.
- Concessions are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to introduce discounts and other
price changes without notice.
- Discounts and special offers apply to full price
tickets only.
- Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable
break in the performance which in many cases may be the half time interval.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission.
