Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse have an absolute commitment to serve all citizens of Merseyside and to position these theatres as open and inclusive to all. As well as producing theatre of the highest quality, we are constantly using our imagination and energy to improve our facilities, aiming to ensure you have an enjoyable visit and a friendly individual service from our staff.

We are currently working on a customer care policy to cover all areas of our work. This policy will be distilled into a published Customer Care Charter which will be then posted on this page in the Autumn.
