Harthill Youth Centre is being renovated by local young people as part of our Creative Construction Programme which provides skills and training through theatre and creative arts.
Following the performance of Headlong’s The Absence of War at the Playhouse on Thursday 26 March, Mike Neary chairs a discussion on the issues of electioneering, leadership and spin in modern politics which are prevalent in David Hare’s play.
On Friday 13 March the Everyman bistro will launch a regular monthly music residency from Beatnik Hurricane. Friday’s will see Barry Sutton and his loveable band of Beatniks playing a mix of blues and funk that blurs the lines with contemporary music. The free night runs from 9pm until late in the cosy surrounds downstairs at the Ev.
